Terrestra has enjoyed assisting registry couples since we first went online in 2005. We continue to support registries today, and it's now no longer necessary to create a separate registry at terrestra.com and each store where you wish to select gifts. There are several popular registry hubs, such as Thankful, Zola, The Knot, and MyRegistry, where you can set up one centralized registry and select your gifts from multiple web stores. All items available at terrestra.com can be added to your gift registry, from dinnerware through one-of-a-kind handmade art objects. Here are a few suggestions to help us help you most effectively.
If you register for gifts at terrestra.com through a third-party registry site, please let us know that you've done so. Send us your contact information so we can notify you when purchases are made on your behalf, alert you if product availability or information changes, and send you shipping notifications.
Please send us a list of your selections, or give us access to your registry site so we can see what you have requested. Some items imported from overseas or handcrafted here in the US may have long lead times, so knowing what you're interested in getting — and the date of your wedding — helps us coordinate with our suppliers and artists.
Please see our Customer Service page for information about returns and exchanges. We will work closely with you to make sure that the items you receive are the ones you really want. Please be aware that refunds can only be issued to the individual who placed the order, so wedding gifts may be returned to Terrestra for store credit only.
