Our rustic cheese blocks by Bay Area-based Nicasio Woodworks are made exclusively from reclaimed local hardwoods with striking grain figuring and coloring. The wood is recycled from local orchards and walnut manufacturing discards, giving new life to some of nature's most beautiful raw material. One of this season's favorite gifts at our store.
